I've been learning LiuHeBaFa for over a decade under Mario Lam. Beyond the physical practice, it has taught me a great deal about applying its theories and philosophies to different facets of my life. It complements the mental work of engineering with a discipline that demands focus, consistency, and continuous self-reflection.
